Obsessed with a Salt Lake City Food Truck 🌮✨ 【EI Jaripeo Taco Truck (Rose Park)】This one was recommended by locals—the kind of food truck your Mexican friends bring you to! It’s close to the airport, located in the Smith’s parking lot. Not too crowded, just a few amigos hanging around. So delicious 🙃 I might’ve really been Mexican in a past life! The menu comes with translations, which is super friendly. It’s quite different from Taco Lopez—each has its own delicious style! The beef cheek and beef tongue are incredibly tasty… The crispy beef intestine was a bit too oily for us. My teammate said the al pastor is even better. Each taco is $2–2.5, and guacamole costs extra. I actually loved eating the meat alone! 🥩 In front of the truck, there’s a big insulated container filled with various condiments. The pickled onion and carrot mix inside is absolutely addictive—I loaded up on them! Before leaving, I grabbed a bowl and four tacos to enjoy on the flight.
