Went with friends over the weekend to try Heybings — a new dessert shop near UCI Irvine! They specialize in bingsoo (Korean shaved ice), mochi waffles, coffee, matcha, croissants, and more. Perfect for beating the heat! ☀️❄️ 🌟 Bingsoo: They have 10 different flavors 🍧 — we picked the Strawberry Cheesecake. The shaved ice is super milky, topped with fresh strawberries + house-made strawberry jam (tangy and sweet), rich cheesecake chunks, and a whole scoop of ice cream — so layered and not overly sweet! Just eat it fast — it melts quickly 😅 🌟 Ube Mochi Waffle: Filled with ube paste + chewy mochi, made fresh to order — crispy outside, soft and sticky inside. SO GOOD and not too sweet — I almost ordered another one! 🍠💜 🌟 Drinks: They have coffee and matcha — the matcha is high quality 🍵 Also tried the soy milk latte — rich and creamy, topped with chewy soybean powder rice cakes.
