This Irvine spot — CHEESETELLA — has been my go-to since it opened in 2021! I’m not big on frosting-heavy cakes — I love that old-school fluffy egg cake texture, and their Nagasaki-style cheesecake is what I always get. Today, on a whim, I also bought a regular cheesecake — and loved it too! 1️⃣ Nagasaki Cheesecake (Cheesetella) Comes in several flavors: Original | Chocolate | Cheese My favorite is the Cheese flavor — sweet-salty, super moist cake with a soft, slightly gooey cheese layer in the middle. Cheese lovers, don’t miss this! 2️⃣ Cheesecake (Original | Taro) I chose Original — creamy, rich, milky, perfectly sweet. Every bite is pure happiness 🥰 3️⃣ Their drinks are also nice!
