Recently discovered this Japanese spot — their unagi don and wagyu rice are seriously tasty! Sharing my honest thoughts below (no ads, just real vibes 💬) 📍 Address: 3850 Barranca Pkwy Suite B, Irvine, CA 92606 💵 Price: ~$50 without sashimi, ~$80–$100 with ⭐ Ratings: 🏞️ Ambiance: 7/10 – Cozy but quite small, lighting’s pretty dim. We sat outside 💡 👨🍳 Service: 7/10 – Staff were nice but kept forgetting our requests 😅 🍽️ Food: 9/10 – That unagi and wagyu rice though… 👌 🦀 Soft Shell Crab Very crispy, though lightly seasoned. Took 30 mins to arrive ⏳ Tasted decent with soy sauce — not a must-order but okay. 🍚 Hitsumabushi (Unagi Rice) My go-to every time! They offer regular and premium — the premium comes with WAY more eel 🐟💖 Tender, flavorful, highly recommend! 🥩 Niku Mabushi (Beef Rice Bowl) Also comes in two versions — pictured is standard. I asked for my beef well-done (normally it’s more rare). So tender, lightly seasoned — you can add your own sauces. Definitely recommend! 🍣 Daily Omakase Sushi Changes daily — the fish was fresh and tasty, but not the best value. Over $80 for a few pieces… maybe skip unless you’re really feeling fancy 💸 ✅ Final Take: Come for the unagi and wagyu rice — you won’t be disappointed!
