🇺🇸 Is LA’s Famous Red Rock Beef Bowl Worth the Hype? 👀

I’ve tried going to the Torrance location a few times but always missed out — finally made it to the Arcadia spot! I’d heard mixed reviews (some said it wasn’t that great), so I went in with moderate expectations. Verdict? Pretty solid! A bit pricey, but I’d still go back. 🥩 US Kobe American Slice Beef Don The server let us know ahead of time: the beef here is served at room temperature, not chilled like at other places. The first bite felt a little unusual, but I got used to it quickly. ✨ Must-add: egg! Seriously, get the egg — next time I might even double it. The portion of beef is generous, and without the egg, the flavor can get a bit repetitive. The white sauce on top was a bit heavy for me, so I moved some aside. 👅 Gyutan (Beef Tongue) Tasty, but not as flavorful as the version at Irvine’s Mitsuwa. Still a decent bowl though! My boyfriend actually preferred this over the raw beef bowl — he finished the whole thing. For me? It didn’t leave a strong impression. 📍 Red Rock - The Shops at Santa Anita #LAEats #ArcadiaFood #RedRock #BeefBowl #JapaneseFood #FoodReview #WorthTheHype #LAFoodie #ComfortBowl #SoCalEats 🍚🥩✨
