🇺🇸 LA's Cheesy Strawberry🍓 Soufflé is a Must-Try!

Met up with friends at my usual soufflé spot and saw a table of girls with a gorgeous-looking soufflé — turned out to be their new Christmas Cheesy Strawberry Soufflé 🍓🎄 — immediately ordered it! Besides the soufflé, we also tried their blueberry cake — fresh blueberries, creamy, rich frosting. The soufflé is made fresh, so it takes a bit longer — waited about 15 minutes. Perfect time to catch up with friends over some gossip 😄 The Cheesy Strawberry Soufflé is absolutely photogenic — drizzled with cheese sauce and strawberry jam, topped with fresh strawberries, and three layers of cloud-like fluffy cake that jiggles when you lift it 🍓✨ One whole soufflé is incredibly satisfying! I’m a huge cheese lover — I always get cheese-topped drinks, and this soufflé version totally won my heart ❤️ We also ordered their signature Mango in Kyoto 🥭 — loaded with mango pieces and topped with matcha mousse — so refreshing and delicious! Both the soufflé and blueberry cake were not overly sweet — perfect for those of us who prefer Asian-style desserts.
