Just had an incredible dinner at Heritage in Long Beach—a fresh Michelin-starred gem that earned its star in 2023! 🌟 For $180 per person, we enjoyed a spectacular 12-course tasting journey. Every dish told a story, but the real showstoppers were the caviar ice cream (sounds wild, but it was magical! 🍦) and the perfectly seared scallop dish.
