🇺🇸 LA | Incredible Korean Spicy Stir-Fried Squid

Lately, I’ve been exploring K-town a lot, and I stumbled upon this amazing Korean spot with a great vibe for watching games and drinking! Their spicy stir-fried squid is absolutely fire!! 🦑 Spicy Stir-Fried Squid You can really taste the freshness — the spicy sauce is rich and addictive. It’s the perfect combo of spicy and savory. I enjoyed it with purple rice and shredded squid, paired with a cold beer — so satisfying! The sauce was so good, I ended up dipping everything else in it 🥢 🐷 Braised Pork Hocks (Jokbal) A classic Korean drinking snack. The pork is cleanly prepared (no unwanted hairs!), with a perfect balance of lean and fatty cuts. Dip it in the spicy onion-soy sauce, wrap it in lettuce, and take a big bite — pure satisfaction! I have a feeling the spicy stir-fried pork hocks would be amazing too. 🥣 Ox Bone Soup with Kimchi & Sundae (Blood Sausage) The ox bone soup is light and clean, with kimchi adding a nice tangy kick. After all the spicy food, a bowl of this warm soup really hits the spot. The atmosphere was lively — full of Korean grandparents watching the game, drinking, and having a great time.
