🥢 MUST-TRY RESTAURANTS: 1️⃣ Array36 – Jiang-Zhe cuisine 💰💸 Small portions, pricey, but unique flavors. Good for special occasions! 2️⃣ Dong Ting Xian – Hunan food 🌶️ Tasty, but frog legs are chopped too finely + occasional missing dishes. 3️⃣ NBC Seafood Restaurant – Dim Sum 🥟 Love the chicken feet & lava buns! (Probably pre-made, but still good 😉) 4️⃣ Meizhou Dongpo – Sichuan cuisine 🔥 Reliable & great for groups! No major disappointments. 5️⃣ Na Jia Xiao Guan – Avoid! 🚫 Previously reviewed—overhyped & disappointing (got roasted for this lol 😂). 6️⃣ Din Tai Fung – Taiwanese ⭐ Standard noodles & soup dumplings. Solid but not exceptional. 7️⃣ Mian – Near airport ✈️ Noodles & rice noodles are too firm. Not recommended. 8️⃣ Cong Qian Xiao Jiu Guan – Skewers 🍢 Authentic Chinese-style skewers! Sausage, beef, eggplant—so good! 9️⃣ Feng Mao – DIY BBQ 🍖 Inconsistent, but Korean sides like soybean stew are decent. 🔟 Hai Di Lao – Hotpot 🍲 Same taste as China, but pricier. 1️⃣1️⃣ Pine and Crane DTLA – Taiwanese 🥢 Wontons, braised pork rice, popcorn chicken—yum! 1️⃣2️⃣ East Garden – Cantonese 🍍 Only the pineapple fried rice is okay. 1️⃣3️⃣ Sun Nong Dan – Korean 🧀 Famous cheesy ribs & spicy beef stew—worth trying! 🥤 BUBBLE TEA & DESSERTS: 1️⃣ Bawang Tea – Only "Boya Juexian" is good. Limited menu. 2️⃣ Jasmine Milk Tea – Better variety! Consistently tasty. 3️⃣ Omomo – Matcha drinks taste pre-made 🍵. Pineapple is great though! 4️⃣ Cafe de Mama – Soy/black sesame lattes are delicious! 😤 But valet parking even for takeout? No thanks. 5️⃣ Yi Dian Dian – Cheap & good! 6️⃣ Millet Crepe – Amazing crepes! 🥞 But both locations have terrible parking. 7️⃣ Brown Bag Cookies – 4.9 Google ratings! 🍪 Scones & canelés are superb. 🍡 SNACKS & QUICK BITES: 1️⃣ Auntie Qiu – My favorite Shanghainese breakfast! 🥟 Everything is delicious + full menu available. 2️⃣ Four Seas Soy Milk – Tofu pudding & egg crepes are weird (maybe North/South difference?), but rice balls & egg yolk pastries are good! 3️⃣ Bafang Dumpling – Long-shaped pan-fried dumplings—not a fan. 4️⃣ Tofu King – Stinky tofu isn’t actually stinky? 🍃 It’s the-like broth that’s polarizing. 5️⃣ In-N-Out – Cheap, delicious burgers! 🍔 Must-try!
