A truly special birthday experience! I landed in LA and headed straight to this French restaurant I’d been wanting to try — only to find out Thursdays are all about the Steak Frites menu 🥩🍟. At first I thought, “Steak and fries at a French spot? Really?” But a quick search taught me: it’s actually a French classic! ✔️ Steak Frites We went for Medium — the beef top blade was tender and flavorful 👌🧑🍳 Served with a savory herb-infused sauce that complemented it perfectly. And those fries… WOW. Golden, crispy, seriously next-level. My friend and I couldn’t stop munching — we joked, “These are truly ⭐-worthy fries!” 😂 ✔️ Seasonal Dessert – Lemon Tart Even better than expected! 🍋 The meringue was light, the lemon custard tangy and not too sweet. Only the tart base was a bit hard — but everything else was spot-on. And since it was my birthday 🥳, they brought out a candle and a handwritten card — plus multiple “Happy Birthdays” throughout the meal.
