πΊπΈ LA Michelin-Star Ramen Review π
Just tried the famous ramen at MENSHO TOKYO in Culver City! While it was good, it didn't quite live up to the hype for me. The rich broth became a bit too heavy by the end π« π What We Ordered: Signature White Broth Ramen - Creamy and flavorful, but heavy G.O.A.T (Red Broth) - Spicy and complex, though I prefer lighter soups Corn Wing - Grilled corn with savory seasoning π½ Wagyu Negi Sushi - Tender and delicious! π£ House-made Matcha Pudding - Pretty average, not a must-try π΅ The quality is definitely there, but the richness overwhelmed me. Personally, I prefer Jinya Ramen Bar downtown - their broths have better balance in my opinion! Both are worth trying to see which style you prefer though! π Locations: MENSHO TOKYO: 9516 Culver Blvd, Culver City Jinya Ramen Bar: 700 Wilshire Blvd, LA #LAEats #MichelinRamen #RamenReview #LARamen #FoodieThoughts #JinyaVsMensho #ComfortFood #LAFoodScene πβ¨
