🇺🇸 La Traviata Italian Restaurant in Long Beach, LA 💕
This week’s travel highlight! The pinnacle of Italian family restaurants—worth the hour-long drive through traffic. Parking took a bit of time, but the décor with unique hanging art and live violin music made it special. Appetizer: Crispy Brussel Sprouts Pretty good, though the sauce was a bit overpowering and masked the vegetable’s natural flavor. 💕 Lobster Ravioli Absolutely delicious—I’m out of words to praise it (but I’d revisit just for this!). Sea Bass The fish was tender and juicy, but the miso glaze made the flavor somewhat conventional. 💕 Pistachio Dessert Served in a cup—rich, sweet but not cloying. I loved it! The waitress was incredibly warm and hospitable. She shared that her father opened this homestyle restaurant over 20 years ago, making it one of Long Beach’s longest-running eateries. She also enthusiastically recommended Long Beach as a great place to live. #ItalianCuisine #LosAngeles #LAEats #LATravel #LongBeachFood #HiddenGems #FamilyRestaurant
