It's hard to believe I found what might just be the best Sichuan cuisine in the U.S. right here in Alabama! 🌶️The flavors are absolutely authentic—intensely numbing, spicy, and aromatic, yet not overly greasy. Their classic "Mao Xue Wang" (duck blood curd stew) was so full of depth that we finished every last drop. 🥢Must-order: Chengdu Cold Noodles! Chilled noodles tossed in a sesame-based sauce—be sure to mix everything well before eating. The first bite delivers a refreshing, tangy, and spicy kick that’s simply beyond words… I’ve never had cold noodles this good, even in China (and I mean it!). Generous portions and quick service left my friend so stuffed he could barely move 😂.
