Itta Bena: A Culinary Gem in the Night

🥯Tucked away on the third floor of a hotel, the upscale restaurant Itta Bena redefines the philosophy of high-end dining. 🥯White-gloved servers drape silk shawls over ladies' shoulders, bartenders remember regulars' preferred bourbon vintages, and even the restroom aroma is carefully blended with cedar and bitter orange in golden ratios. 🍺Seated in a curved booth overlooking the casino garden, we were treated to an impromptu jazz rendition of "Happy Birthday" by the saxophonist, 🍺 and the manager gifted us a gold-plated bookmark engraved with Fitzgerald’s quote: "The party never ends." 🍣It’s worth noting that 5% of the restaurant’s profits are donated to a local jazz education fund, and the walls are adorned with framed photos of young musicians who have received scholarships. 🍣We all thoroughly enjoyed the food, and the service was exceptional!
