Gather your girls for a spontaneous boat trip in Long Beach! π―βοΈπ From May 23 to September 1, 2025, Long Beach is offering limited-time Water Taxi services with two affordable options: π΅ Aquabus (Blue Route on Map) β±οΈ 20 minutes | $1 one-way ($2 round trip) Stops: Dock 4 (by the Aquarium) Shoreline Village, Dock 9 Queen Mary π‘ Aqualink (Yellow Route on Map) β±οΈ 40 minutes | $5 one-way ($10 round trip) Stops: Dock 4 (by the Aquarium) Queen Mary Alamitos Bay Landing, Berth 3 π« Tickets: Buy in advance via the Long Beach Transit App or pay with cash on board (change available). β° Schedule: All rides are one-way. You can hop off, explore, and catch the next boat back (just check the last departure time π). Weekdays (MonβThu) and weekends (FriβSun) have different schedules β more boats on weekends! Arrive early β boarding is first-come, first-served πΆβοΈπΆ. No reserved seats β if the boat is full, wait for the next. π ΏοΈ Parking: Depends on your departure dock. We parked at 99 Aquarium Way, Long Beach, CA 90802 (max height 8β2β) and paid $12. π‘ Tip: If you plan to eat later, park near a restaurant β some validate parking with a meal receipt! πΏ Snacks are sold onboard (a bit pricey), but you can bring your own drinks and light snacks.
