🇺🇸 Los Angeles | Manuela – Let’s Try These Buttery Biscuits! 🧈🍪
🏠 Manuela 907 E 3rd St, Los Angeles, CA 90013 Rushed over right before closing on a Saturday noon—not too crowded! Everyone’s been raving about their biscuits, so I had to see what the hype was about. Wanted to try the duck breast, but it’s only on the dinner menu 😢 Ended up ordering based on recommendations, and the server suggested the Benedict as a substitute for the duck. 💡 Ordered 4 Dishes, Recommend 2️⃣: ✅ Cream Biscuits ✅ Shrimp & Rice Grits The biscuits were seriously delicious! 😍 Served warm, super fluffy, and paired perfectly with butter + apple jam—pure carb joy! The shrimp and mushroom rice grits were also memorable, though a bit salty toward the end. The Benedict came in a new presentation, but honestly, it tasted worse than a regular eggs Benedict—when cut, it looked like a thin-crust pizza with barely any toppings 🍕😅 The salmon tartare was refreshing but average—optional order. Maybe next time I’ll come for dinner! The restaurant vibe was lovely—livelier near the bar. If you prefer a quiet chat, pick a seat by the art gallery side! 🎨 After eating, you can explore the nearby exhibitions, indie bookstores, and even a little urban farm! 🌱📚 What’s your favorite brunch spot in LA?
