It’s been a while since I’ve been this excited for the next course in a tasting menu — but Orsa & Winston totally delivered! Honestly, it outshone my meal at the three-Michelin-star Alain Ducasse just last week ✨ The restaurant is super understated, and the menu says 5 courses, but we were served 9 incredible dishes!😘 We added the seafood congee as a supplement — listed simply as “seafood congee” on the menu, but wow — for $45, it came with 1.5 giant red prawns, fresh uni (so sweet and rich!), scallops, and abalone.
