πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ My Baltimore Day Trip – A Mix of Culture & Caution πŸ˜…πŸ“Έ

Here’s how my one-day Baltimore adventure went: βœ… Visited Johns Hopkins University πŸŽ“ βœ… Explored The Baltimore Museum of Art πŸ–ΌοΈ βœ… Ate at Blue Moon Cafe πŸ₯ž βœ… Strolled around Inner Harbor 🌊 βœ… Saw the Last Pearl Harbor Survivor ship βš“ βœ… Peeked at Little Italy from afar 🍝 βœ… Checked out Power Plant 🏭 βœ… Stopped by the National Aquarium (just the entrance though! πŸ˜‚) 🐟 I arrived around 10 AM and left around 4 PM. After exploring Inner Harbor, I thought since Penn Station looked straight ahead, I’d walk there. πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ But then… things felt off. I heard what sounded like gunshots πŸ‘‚πŸ”«, followed by police sirens 🚨. The further I walked, the more uneasy I felt β€” lots of people lingering around, and the atmosphere grew tense. While waiting at a crosswalk, a man about 5 meters away started waving both hands at me πŸ‘‹πŸ˜³. I avoided eye contact and didn’t move until the light turned green β€” then I literally sprinted away πŸƒπŸ’¨. After a few more minutes, I ducked into a bank 🏦 and called a ride to the station. Later I found out that area is known to be risky β€” especially for tourists. 😬 Glad I stayed safe, but wow… Baltimore downtown is no joke. #Baltimore #DayTrip #Maryland #TravelSafety #UrbanAdventure #TrueStory #StayAlert #TravelTips πŸ§³πŸ‘€
