🇺🇸 My Secret Korean Cafeteria – Hidden in Ellicott City! 🥢✨
This is my go-to Korean restaurant – the only downside is that it’s not right next to my home or school! Almost all the customers and staff are Korean, and the vibe totally takes me back to school cafeteria days. Huge portions, authentic flavors, delicious and affordable – what’s not to love? 💖 🍚 What they offer: 🌟 Stone Pot Bibimbap Highly recommend the stone pot version – sizzling when served! The crispy rice crust with a runny egg is pure perfection. Bulgogi bibimbap gets 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🌟 Tteokbokki & Fish Cake Soup These are hidden menu gems – classic homemade Korean flavors. The tteokbokki isn’t overly sweet like some American versions; it’s simple and wholesome. The fish cakes are thick and soft, and the broth is incredibly comforting – perfect for winter! 🍲❄️ 🌟 Various Korean Soups, Pork Cutlet Rice, Cold Noodles, Fried Rice, etc. I’ve tried almost everything – no misses! Summer pick: Naengmyeon (cold noodles) – refreshing and tangy 🧊 Spicy Beef Soup comes in a bowl big enough for two – only around $15! 🥣 🌟 Milk Bingsoo (KEY HIGHLIGHT) 100/10 stars – the most authentic shaved ice I’ve had in the US! 🍧 The ice is finely shaved, not icy chunks, and every bite is rich with milk flavor. Topped with cereal crunch – and even the inside is filled with surprises! The small portion (strawberry 🍓 > mango 🥭) is enough for two and only $10. It’s so good it feels like they have their own currency 😂 🌟 Takeaway options like kimbap and Korean rice cakes – generous fillings and great prices. The kimbap is basically “meat hunting in rice” 🍙🥩 🍽️ Name: Siroo and Juk Story 📍 Address: 10176 Baltimore National Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21042 #Baltimore #BaltimoreEats #DMV #DMVFood #JHU #KoreanFood #FoodieHeaven #EatWell #StudyAbroadEats 🥘📸
