🇺🇸 Near LA|Central California Sushi Spot Oiza 🍣✨

On the way to Yosemite National Park, you’ll pass through Fresno—a popular rest stop for many travelers. This time, I discovered O-iza, a mid-to-upscale Japanese restaurant located in the River Park Plaza. Their menu is huge, featuring traditional sushi and sashimi 🍱 as well as creative Japanese-American fusion dishes. Everything looked so good—I wanted to try it all! Here are some favorites we ordered: ❤️ Bone Marrow with Toasted Buttery Bread – Rich and indulgent! ❤️ Uni Udon Pasta – Creamy sea urchin pasta, a must-try! ❤️ Surf and Turf Temaki – Giant tempura shrimp + beef hand roll—so satisfying! ❤️ A5 Hot-Rock – Sizzling A5 wagyu served with lettuce and rice paper wraps 🥬 ❤️ King of the Sea Roll – Truffle cream lobster + A5 wagyu sushi roll—decadent! ❤️ Fujiyama Roll – Avocado, mango, salmon, and a whole tempura shrimp on top 🥭🍤 ❤️ Salmon Spoon – Salmon wrapped with snow crab, mango, and avocado—light and refreshing! Sushi rolls are their specialty—so many unique flavors! We’ll definitely be back to try more. The plaza also has lots of shops and a movie theater—perfect for a walk before or after your meal! 🛍️🎬 Average cost: 50–100 per person 💵 📍 O-iza 190 E El Camino, Fresno, California #RestaurantRecommendation #VibeDining #HiddenGem #JapaneseCuisine #SushiLovers #CentralCalifornia #FresnoEats #NearLA #YosemiteGuide #YosemiteEats #YosemiteTrip #LATravel
