I still remember my first visit during junior year — their braised pork belly made this Midwestern girl cry happy tears 😭🙏 Portions are just right (any bigger and I couldn’t finish!) 🐟 Sliced Fish Pretty crispy, but had a slight muddy taste… maybe skip this one 🙏 🐖 Braised Pork Knuckle YES! This is the tender, fall-off-the-bone pork knuckle I’ve been craving! So much better than the bony version at other spots. The mushrooms stewed with it were super fragrant too 🥺 🍲 Duck Blood Clay Pot I love duck blood, I love clay pots, and I LOVE them together 💘 Could’ve used more duck blood though 🙏 🥬 Stir-Fried Water Spinach Gotta get those greens in!
