🇺🇸 Reliving the Joy of Late May in Tampa 🚣

Trip Dates: May 24–27 · 4 days & 4 nights Our “luck” started with a 4-hour flight delay early in the morning 😅 🚘 Day 1: St. Petersburg – Salvador Dalí Museum (Great layout, fun interactive exhibits 🎨) Clearwater – Little Toot Sunset Dolphin Tour (Only saw one dolphin near the shore 🐬… but we got a free re-ride ticket!) Dinner: Frenchy’s 🐟 (Local fish specialty – tasty!) 🚘 Day 2: Silver Springs Kayaking 🛶 Took the staff’s advice: paddled all the way and took the shuttle back. So lucky – we saw manatees! 🐄💚 Plus cute animals and beautiful plants. The water was crystal clear 🌊 ~5 hours round trip. Shoutout to Captain OnionCat for rowing! Dinner: Franco’s Italian Restaurant 🍝 Everything was delicious – pasta and seafood were amazing 👌 🚘 Day 3: Sarasota – Ringling Museum 🎪 (Monday = free art museum entry 🆓, but circus museum was closed) Circus Museum: Colorful and quirky 🤹 Ca’ d’Zan Mansion: Stained glass was gorgeous 😍 Art Museum: A bit abstract but the pink wall = great photo spot 📸 Picked a mango from the garden tree and brought it back to Boston 🥭 Siesta Beach Sunset 🌅 Super soft sand, pretty crowded Lunch: C’est La Vie – so photogenic! 🥐☕ Dinner: Casa Masa – The Landings 🌮 Incredible tacos! Thank you OnionCat for picking this spot 💖 Beef tongue was tender, pork with pineapple was perfectly seasoned. Loved it! 🚘 Day 4: 11:00 AM – Little Toat dolphin tour (finally saw dolphins!! So excited 🐬💙) Ybor City: Saw the wild chickens 🐔… not many shops but the mini train was cute 🚂 Tampa University + beautiful museum Tampa Riverwalk 🚶♀️🌉 Lunch: Columbia Restaurant – Cuban sandwich was huge! 🥪 Garlic bread was also yummy. Dinner: Aji Limo (Peruvian food) 🍛 Full of Chinese customers… tasted similar to Peruvian takeout in Boston 😬 💗 Finally… Thank you my dear OnionCat 🐱💖 for planning the trip, guiding the photos, and making it unforgettable. These memories are worth cherishing for 100 years 📸❤️ I could post 30 worth of pics! Love you! Hope you sleep well every night 😴🌙 #MiraclesHappen #Tampa #GotLucky #MakeAWish #GoodSleep
