Located in Virginia’s capital, ZZQ Texas Craft Barbeque is often called one of the top Texas-style BBQ joints on the East Coast — and it’s absolutely worth the 1.5-hour drive from DC! 🚗💨 What started as a humble food truck now boasts a spacious industrial-chic spot with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Dog-friendly patio, too! 🐕🌳 They open at 11 AM and close when they sell out — we arrived at 11:30 AM on a Sunday and there was already a line! ⏳ The menu changes often, and meats are sold by weight — perfect for trying a little of everything! We ordered 4 meats, 3 sides, dessert, and drinks for just over $70.
