πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ Road Trip from NYC | A Weekend in Atlantic City πŸš—πŸŒŠ

We hit the road on Friday and drove a little over 3 hours to Atlantic City for a weekend getaway. 🏨 Stay: Showboat Hotel Chose it mainly because it’s dog-friendly 🐢 and close to the Boardwalk. But the hotel felt pretty dated β€” thin walls, basic room amenities. Parking: $25/night in the air garage, or $32 for valet. Everything was okay… until the first night β€” our email got hacked! πŸ“§πŸ˜± Has this happened to anyone else? 🍽️ Eats & Drinks Friday Dinner: Fresh Market Buffet at Hard Rock πŸ¦€ $60 per person (Fri–Sun all-seafood buffet). Crab legs, oysters, clams β€” unlimited! Looked average but tasted pretty good. Lunch: Youyu Noodle 🍜 Solid spot! Ask for the VIP lounge menu β€” more wok-tossed options. Dinner: Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen πŸ”₯ No reservation, so we sat upstairs β€” still had a view of the kitchen below. Didn’t go for the $120 fixe course (didn’t want dessert), so we ordered Γ  la carte: πŸ› Lobster risotto (appetizer) + πŸ₯© Beef Wellington (main) β€” delicious! After dinner, we enjoyed a relaxing 20-minute walk back to the hotel πŸŒ™. πŸ‘ΆπŸ§³ Traveling with Baby & Dog This was our second trip with our little one β€” we packed much lighter this time! Highly recommend bringing a Pack β€˜n Play and a sleep sack β€” makes naps and bedtime so much easier. With the hotel AC blasting, the cozy sleep sack kept our baby just right. Our little one has been sleeping through the night early β€” and we give half the credit to the sleep sack! πŸ˜΄πŸ›οΈ #NYRoadTrip #AtlanticCity #HellsKitchen #TravelWithBaby #PetFriendlyTravel #7MonthsOld
