🇺🇸 Sac Food Adventure|The Flame Cafe 🌟

📍 4220 Florin Rd, Sacramento, CA (In front of 99 Ranch) 🥩 Beef Brisket Noodle Soup Generous chunks of beef brisket — tender, soft, with just the right amount of connective tissue. Not dry at all, and well-marinated. The broth is richer than expected. They use rice noodles instead of ho fun, but still smooth and slurpable. Perfect for when you’re craving something warm and meaty. 🐖 Baked Pork Chop with Cheese (Spaghetti) Pork chop was nicely grilled — slightly charred on the outside, topped with loads of cheese, and still juicy inside. Pretty big portion! The spaghetti was a bit under-seasoned though — could use more sauce. Overall a filling main, but the pork chop definitely outshines the pasta. 🧀✨ (You can swap for rice!) 🍧 Handmade Black Sesame Mochi with Milk This was the surprise hit! Mochi was super soft and chewy (not sticky!), paired with aromatic black sesame powder. Perfectly sweet — left me wanting more. The service was also great — our server was patient and helpful. Overall, a positive experience. Would come back! #SacEats #HongKongCafe #FoodReview #BayAreaFood #StudentEats #Sacramento #CaliforniaLife #AsianFood #ComfortFood 🥢🍜🧡
