My husband broughte here for my birthday, and it was a great experience! The 20-minute time slot doesn't sound like a long time, but it was really the perfect amount of time - smashing stuff is more tiring than you expect! The room is minimal, with a couple of metal barrels and a rack of different tools of destruction (bats, sledgehammer, crowbar). I think we got the "deluxe" package, so for destroying, we had a bucket of glass bottles, a computer printer, and a windshield. Unlike other reviewers, I didn't have a problem with the bottles not being "set up" - my husband and I had fun lobbing them like baseballs, lining them up to hit with the golf club, and otherwise using them as we wanted. There was also a paintball gun, and I think that was the only thing that I had any complaints about - I wish there had been more paintballs! Otherwise, we had a lot of fun. I'd say that 3 people is the max per room for a good experience given the size of the room and amount of stuff you get. Other note: we came in long shirts and pants and were plenty covered up for the room, but it is messier than we expected. We weren't covered in paint or other stuff, but if you're concerned about your clothes, I'd use one of the jackets they offer.

The low rating is solely due one of the three employees who was INCREDIBLY RUDE to her coworkers, my husband, and me last night.

I made a booking for Friday night at 9pm. My husband and I were looking forward to a date night. We show up maybe a minute after our booking time and waited another minute behind a group ahead of us who got turned away because they didn't have a reservation. We then proceed to check in with the two male workers who were perfectly welcoming and kind.

As the guys showed us to the lockers and cleaned the face masks for us, out of nowhere this enraged female coworker begins to yell at us that our time will be cut short because we didn't show up ten minutes before our reserved time. I guess we were the last reservation of the night but mind you, there was still another group throwing axes and it was apparent the employees were still preparing the room and safety equipment for us after we arrived. I also have to admit I didn't have any idea we were to show up early until she said something. Regardless, that's no way to treat customers who PREPAID $40 for 20 minutes of activity.

One of the male workers told me don't worry about it, he will ensure we get our full time. We then proceed to the room where he runs through some guidelines and wishes us well. We start bashing stuff which was really fun but then only a couple minutes in the female worker pops in to very RUDELY YELL we only have seven minutes left. I just ignore her and she closes the door. Shortly after, I hear HER SCREAMING and CURSING at her coworkers. After a few minutes of her berating them, she leaves.

We didn't even need the full 20 minutes to destroy the equipment / bottles provided yet she had to make a huge scene which made it all very awkward. What should have been a cathartic outing ended up causing me more stress. My husband and I made the most out of it considering the circumstances but I don't think I'll ever want to return.

I really feel bad for her coworkers and anyone that had to deal with her. I'm sorry if she's going through some stuff of her own but I am extremely disappointed that I spent $40 to be...

My group of three arrived on time and ready to rage, and as much as I want to write a positive review, I feel like I really wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone I care about.

Pros: -you get to smash stuff -the staff is friendly

Cons: -NO air conditioning -most of the smash-able items were glass bottles-- mostly beer, and honestly if I wanted to smash up someone's recycling, I would have just stayed home. There were two car windshields, a handful of ceramic plates, and one printer, but I was expecting more fun stuff to break, like vases, picture frames, or glass figurines. -ill-fitting coveralls, which when combined with the heat, were unbearable, and the staff did warn us of this, so we only wore them up to our waists, but ended up getting broken glass shards on our clothes -the "rooms" are created with thin slabs of wood that are covered by netting material, so the room felt short and had even poorer circulation than the rest of the warehouse-style room -the floors were covered in other people's debris, so it really did just feel like I was smashing up someone's recycling while sweating really hard in a 90 degree DIY-ed pen kind of enclosure.

So yeah, it' been a couple of weeks since I was there, but I would not go back, nor recommend it to anyone that expects to release their tension. The oppressive heat, awkward room height with poor circulation, and low-quality materials to smash up just don't make sense. I felt like I needed to break things AFTER a session meant to relieve...

We booked the session for 10 people, with the website and a phone call both confirming that we'd have the room for a full hour. After the briefing and setup time, we were told that our session was over after only about 30 minutes after our scheduled time. We were told that the remaining time was for staff cleanup, which felt misleading since we paid for an hour of room usage ($350 total for our group). The staff was nice enough to apologize and offer us a $35 gift card, but it still didn't feel worth losing half of our expected value. The safety precautions felt insufficient for several reasons. Despite finding that jumpsuits were available upon request in the middle of our session, we were not offered them at the start, even though there was the risk of flying glass and wood. The room itself was way too small for our group of 10, which made the hazard of swinging tools and flying debris much worse, and ended up limiting participation for some in the group. The room needs to be bigger at this price point, or we should be offered multiple rooms. The walls also had a sticky residue that stained our clothes, which wouldn't have been an issue if the jumpsuits were offered upfront, or if we were told this ahead of time. Our room also didn't have a very interesting array of things to smash. There was pretty much just a wooden chest, a couple paintings, and a tub full of glass bottles. Overall not a very satisfying experience for a larger group with...
