First stop on our Yellowstone trip landed us in Salt Lake City! Found this Brazilian steakhouse buffet for just $40 per person 🎉—includes appetizers, salad bar, and unlimited grilled meats 🍖. A true paradise for carnivores! Insane value! The meats are skewered on large metal rods and slow-roasted in the kitchen. Servers bring them to your table and slice them right in front of you—you can choose the cut and doneness. Great experience! Recommend sticking to beef—pork and chicken were just okay. 🐮 ​​Beef​​: The surface is crispy and well-seasoned (a bit salty though). Favorite cut: ​​Picanha​​ (rump cap)—rich and fatty! Parmesan-crusted beef was also super juicy! 🐷 ​​Pork​​: Ribs were a bit dry, but the sausage was tasty and burst with juice. 🐔 ​​Chicken​​: Used breast meat—tough and dry. Skip all chicken options. 🍍 ​​Grilled Pineapple​​: A must-try! Sweet like honey after grilling, with a slight caramelized crunch on the surface. The appetizer and salad bar were decently varied 🥗, and fruits like watermelon and pineapple were restocked quickly 🍉.
