🇺🇸 Salt Lake City｜OMG What an Incredible Buffet! 🍣🎉

Heard a new Japanese buffet opened in the south—I was going to wait, but friends in the group kept raving about it with glowing reviews! I had to see what all the hype was about. First visit: HOLY COW—has the buffet game leveled up this much?! 😲 This kind of spread in our town can only be described as a feast for the gods! 🍽️✨ ​​Starter Plate 🍣​​ Choose either <A5 Wagyu + Scallops> or <Sashimi>. The Wagyu is lightly seared, rich and buttery💫, paired with a large scallop topped with dried parsley—so tender and sweet! After hearing the owner break down the cost, all I can say is: absolutely luxurious! ​​Sushi Rolls 🍱​​ A whole menu page of options—order anything! My favorite: <Sweetheart> – a must-try! The owner says it’s their exclusive creation—you won’t find it anywhere else. <Totoro> is also delicious! 🐟❤️ ​​Buffet Counter​​ ​​Seafood Bar 🌊​​ Sashimi 🎏, fish roe 🧮, fresh shrimp 🦐, crab legs 🦀, oysters 🦪, hand rolls 🍣—everything is generously stacked. A true paradise for sashimi lovers! ​​Cold Dishes 🍲​​ Pure Chinese style—here are some highlights: Couple’s Beef Slice, Saliva Chicken, Soy-Braised Beef, Marinated Chicken Feet… all super authentic! I couldn’t move away from this section! The scallop salad was perfectly seasoned—sweet and slightly spicy. The seaweed salad had that crispy texture I love! ​​Hot Dishes 🍖​​ So many options you’ll be full after just one bite of each—and everything tastes amazing! 👏 The cod was silky and melted in your mouth 🐟; grilled shrimp were crispy outside and springy inside 🍤; steamed scallops were juicy and flavorful; braised pork belly was glistening and perfectly fatty… and wait, there’s even Sichuan peppercorn fish slices? Wow! ​​Dim Sum Section 🥟​​ The piggy buns are too cute! 🐷 There’s also everything little ABCs love—next time I’m bringing my little one! ​​🍢 Oden Station​​ They even have this!
