The former owner of Little Saigon opened this new spot, traveling across the U.S. to find the best matcha powder 🍵—but ultimately decided to source it directly from Kyoto. Tried the ​​Matcha Level 1​​: the matcha flavor is mild but authentic. 👍 ​​Red Bean Ice Cream​​ 🫘: Sadly, it was a bit disappointing—grainy and underwhelming. ​​Ube Parfait​​ 💜: Is this presentation a joke? Could use way more effort! 🥲 The ingredients themselves are decent—mochi, red beans, jelly, and your choice of soft serve—but with a little more creativity, it could be amazing. Does anyone know the owner?
