🇺🇸 Salt Lake City Food | Becoming a Regular at White Horse 🐴🍸
When I came to Salt Lake City for skiing last winter, I followed online recommendations and tried White Horse in downtown. I was deeply impressed by their creative drink menu—the "Liquid Dessert" concept is something I’ve only seen at this place so far! The Confit Duck Wings were also amazing. Today, after checking out, I made another stop at White Horse for lunch before heading to the airport. ✈️🍽️ 🍸 Cider Flight $8 1. Hive Lemonade – A honey-brewed mead, sweet and delicious with a very subtle lemon flavor. 2. Finn River Perry – A light peach cider with a delicate fruity aroma. 3. Highpoint Tramline – Strong apple notes; apples are a classic cider companion and a must-have at ski lodges! 🍎⛷️ 4. MTN WST x White Horse Lemongrass and Kaffirlime – Looks more like lemonade, low in alcohol, and offers a refreshing sparkling sweet-sour taste. 🥃 Muddy Waters $13 Bourbon-based, very dry and slightly bitter—not the sweet "Liquid Dessert" style I was hoping for. A bit disappointing. 😞 🍹 GF&T $6 A non-alcoholic mocktail with a grapefruit sparkling base—pretty and tasty! 🍊✨ Since it’s a bar, all the snacks are flavorful and pair perfectly with drinks. Highly recommend the Confit Duck Wings $16—so good I’d order them again! The entire place has a unique decor style, simulating a speakeasy from the Prohibition era. The massive liquor cabinet looks super cool! 🥃🔦 After living in the Bay Area for so long, the prices in Salt Lake City feel incredibly affordable! 💸🤩 #RestaurantRecommendation #VibeDining #HiddenGemEats #GlobalFoodSquad #Delicious #Cuisine #SaltLakeCity #SaltLakeCitySki #SaltLakeCityEats #SaltLakeCityFoodReview #BarCrawl #TrendyBars #SpeakeasyVibes #CocktailLovers #FoodAndSpirits
