🇺🇸 Salt Lake City Restaurant 🍣|Ultra High-Value Omakase
📍 Itto Sushi 【🎏 Foreword】Having tried so many Omakase experiences, this one in Salt Lake City truly offers amazing quality at a great price! The flavors are creative and delicious, and the explanations are detailed and fun. Located in Sandy, it’s super close to Snowbird and other major ski resorts—perfect for a satisfying meal after a day on the slopes! 🏂❄️ The only slight downside is that the portions seemed a bit smaller this year? The pace was quick, wrapping up in about an hour, and I left feeling just a little hungry. 😅 【💰 Price】💲💲 Sushi Bar: $90 per person (before tax and tip). For Omakase, this is seriously affordable! Yet the quality remains high—no compromises here. 【👨🏻🍳 Ambience & Service】⭐️⭐️⭐️ Four chefs run the show: the head chef handles most of the storytelling, while three assistants efficiently prepare the dishes. 【🍣 Taste】⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Personally, I loved the creative and tasty seasoning. For example, the first appetizer—chawanmushi with salmon roe, abalone, and crab—was absolutely stunning! 🤯 It’s surprising to find such delicious Omakase at this price! They also incorporate Western techniques, like using smoke for a rich flavor, which is rare in traditional Omakase. We got to enjoy favorites like Otoro and sweet shrimp, and sea urchin appeared not once, but three times! Pure happiness! 🥰 And the chef’s handmade pistachio ice cream? My absolute favorite! 🍦 【⏰ Booking Difficulty】🟩 Easy. The sushi bar is spacious, and reservations are readily available. 【⭐️ Recommendation Index】🌟🌟🌟🌟 Truly the king of性价比 (value for money)!
