🇺🇸 Salt Lake City Vietnamese Bar｜The Pearl 🍜

With the huge day-night temperature swings, I was really craving pho! Looked around — only this spot was open late for Vietnamese food. It’s a bar + kitchen combo with lots of small plates. Grilled pork skewers / fried chicken wings / spring rolls — all solid, authentic Vietnamese starters 🇻🇳 The bánh mì was fragrant too — lemongrass pork inside was slightly sweet and savory, super satisfying and filling. Fish dish — not good for takeout, loses flavor at home, not recommended ❌ Bok choy and mushrooms were a bit too salty. But overall, pretty good — worth grabbing a drink and some small plates here. Great value — all this takeout was just over $80, and everyone was full! ⚠️ Must bring physical ID — no photo ID accepted since they mainly serve alcohol. Vibe is nice — live band at night.
