🇺🇸 San Diego Travel Tips 🏝️ | Seal Spotting at La Jolla

I absolutely LOVE San Diego! ❤️ After spending a few days here, I already want to move here! This city is clean, beautiful, and so charming — though the UV rays are no joke 😅 I got sunburned after just half a day at the beach… Anyway! 🏨 Hotel Recommendation: We stayed at Hilton San Diego Bayfront (1 Park Blvd, San Diego, CA 92101). As shown in Fig. 2, the view from our room’s large window was amazing! They also offer rooms facing the ocean directly, but those cost an extra $100 per night 💸, so we skipped those. Our room was around $300/night — great value for the location and quality! 👍 From the hotel, it’s just a 15-minute walk along the bay to the Victory Kiss Statue — a must-see! 💋 Seal Beach is a can’t-miss! 🦭 Just take a taxi to La Jolla Cove — it’s only a 2-minute walk to the seal colony. Yes, it’s a bit smelly 😷, but you’ll get used to it after 10 minutes (seriously!). San Diego is such a chill city 🌴, and it’s super close to LA! I took a 3-hour scenic train ride 🚆 on Amtrak for a quick second trip to LA. The route runs along the coast — so relaxing to enjoy the ocean views under the afternoon sun! ☀️🌊 #San Diego #TravelUSA #California #SanDiegoTravel #TravelDiary
