🇺🇸 Savannah Two-Day One-Night In-Depth Guide

🇺🇸 Savannah Two-Day One-Night In-Depth Guide In the previous section, we talked about the artistic and elegant charm of Savannah 🎨. This time, let’s dive into the delicious food I tried in the city—both recommendations and cautions! Remember, everyone’s taste is different, so take these with a grain of salt and enjoy responsibly! 1️⃣ Collins Quarter at Forsyth This was my first meal in Savannah. Key tip: GO EARLY!!! They open at 8am—be there right at opening, or you’ll be stuck in a long line. Walk-ins are fine early, but even reservations might not save you later… Here’s what I ordered. Average spending: $20-30. Sweet Taro Latte: Highly recommended by locals. Rich taro flavor, not too sweet. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Shrimps & Grits: Delicious and appetizing brunch option. The shrimp were super fresh. 🍤 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hibiscus Lime Cooler: A to-go drink—pretty average. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2️⃣ Leopold’s Ice Cream Savannah’s most famous ice cream shop, with strong Southern charm. The flavors are outstanding—not overly sweet, and the ingredients are high quality. I tried double scoops of Banana and Cookies—the Cookies flavor was INSANELY good! Again—GO EARLY!! Average: $7. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3️⃣ The Collins Quarter Downtown This is the downtown location—different menu from the Forsyth one, but just as amazing! It gets crowded even at opening, so reservations are a good idea, especially on weekends. Average: $30. Swine Time Beni: French toast that’s both gorgeous and delicious. The runny egg center was perfect—absolutely incredible! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Coconut Chia: A great follow-up to the French toast. Beautiful presentation, fresh fruit, and a coconut chia seed base that’s light and satisfying. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4️⃣ Common Restaurant A classic American oyster bar 🦪. Happy hour is from 2pm-7pm—oysters are just $1 each! Average: $40-60. James River Oysters: Fresh, sweet, and delicious. 🦪 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Short Ribs Plate: Grilled short ribs served with cornbread—a unique combo but totally worth trying. 🥩 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #SavannahEats#USTravel#GeorgiaFood#StudyAbroadLife
