🇺🇸 Seattle's Most Charming Town | Poulsbo Norwegian Village
Poulsbo Village 📍 19351 8th Ave NE, Poulsbo, WA 98370 🗺 Recommended Route: 【Seattle】→ 【Bainbridge Island】→ 【Poulsbo Norwegian Village】 🚗 Getting There: Drive from Seattle and take your car on the ferry ⛴ to Bainbridge Island. Simply line up at the ferry terminal to pay and board. The ferry has three levels: the first for parking, the second with indoor and outdoor seating, and the third offering more open space. You’re free to explore all levels! 🛎 Tips: The view of Seattle’s skyline from the ferry is stunning—perfect for urban photography! (The night view is equally breathtaking 🌃) Feel the ocean breeze, capture wind-swept photos, or pose for a romantic shot indoors! ⛵️ After the Ferry: Once you disembark, you can explore the island’s botanical garden (highly recommended by friends, though we skipped it this time). Instead, we drove 15–20 minutes straight to Poulsbo Village, the Norwegian-inspired town! 🗼 First Impressions: The town is filled with European-style architecture, vibrant murals, and colorful buildings—every corner is photo-ready! 📸 🛍 Shopping: Stroll through the unique local shops! Some stores feature antique items that feel like stepping into an old movie 🎞. 🍤 Restaurant Recommendation: JJ's Fish House We stumbled upon this lakeside spot after another restaurant was fully booked. Despite being a spontaneous choice, it was packed with locals and has been around for years! The seafood is fresh, every dish was delicious, and the prices are reasonable. Our group ordered generously, with an average cost of ~$40 per person. #Seattle #Poulsbo #NorwegianVillage #BainbridgeIsland #Washington #TravelGuide #SeattleDayTrip #SmallTownVibes
