πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ Tampa | 5-Day Food & Stay Guide πŸ¦€

Though Tampa’s food scene is around a 6/10 for me, the white sandy beaches are absolutely stunning πŸ’― πŸ₯ͺ Brocato's Sandwich Shop β€” 7/10 Their Devil Crab is still amazing even on the last day! A bit pricey at $14, but stuffed with crab meat and peppers πŸ¦€πŸŒΆοΈ. The crispy shell is everything. Their Cuban sandwich was my favorite among the three I tried β€” more pork, less ham. The stuffed potato was huge but just okay… not as good as the crab bomb. πŸ‡΅πŸ‡ͺ Aji Limo Peruvian Cuisine β€” 8/10 One of the better meals in Tampa! πŸ˜‹ The steak was delicious with unique spices β€” beyond just salt and pepper. The green pasta was meh though. Paella was good but not mind-blowing. Portions are huge! ⚠️ Automatic 18% tip β€” just so you know. 🍀 Rusty Bellies Waterfront Grill β€” 8/10 Located in the Greek village Tarpon Springs β€” my favorite seafood spot! Beautiful view, tasty food, great value. Loved the mussels, grouper, and seafood bucket 🐚. πŸ¦€ Mr. & Mrs. Crab β€” 8/10 A chain but so good we went twice! Their special seasoning is a bit salty but so flavorful. Perfect for a protein feast πŸ’ͺ. We even got takeout to enjoy by the beach at sunset β€” highly recommend πŸŒ…. πŸ–οΈ Clearwater Seafood Spots β€” 6/10 Tried a few β€” all similar in price and taste. Fried alligator tastes like a mix of chicken nuggets and firm fish β€” worth a try 🐊. Standard American fare, not the best value. πŸ‡¨πŸ‡Ί La Teresita Restaurant β€” 5/10 No-frills Cuban diner. Their Cuban sandwich has great bread… but the sandwich itself tasted kinda like a McDonald’s burger πŸ₯ͺπŸ˜…. Other dishes were way too salty β€” especially the fried rice. Skip unless curious. πŸ₯ͺ West Tampa Sandwich Shop β€” 5/10 Obama ate here πŸ˜―β€¦ but the honey-glazed bread was too sticky for my taste. Not my fav. πŸ”₯ Brick's Smoked Meats β€” 7.5/10 Near Ringling β€” saved us from more seafood! πŸ₯© Really tasty BBQ β€” brisket, ribs, and sausage were all great. A bit greasy though… we had salad for dinner that night πŸ˜‚. πŸ₯¬ Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen β€” 9/10 Please open in Boston!! Healthy, delicious, and super affordable β€” around $10 for a fulfilling bowl. You can choose purple rice or stir-fried noodles too. Absolutely loved it πŸ’š. #TampaTravel #TampaFood #FoodGuide #TravelUSA
