๐บ๐ธ Tampa Food Diary Pt.1 | Seafood Shacks ๐ฆ
Decided to document all the delicious meals from my trip โ Tampaโs 95% perfect food journey is officially Episode 1! ๐ฌ Starting with two casual seafood spots: ๐ฝ๏ธ Waltโs Fish Market Restaurant ๐ต $140 for 3 people ๐ Near Ringling Museum & Sarasota Even arriving at 8:30pm, we still waited 30 mins โ super popular! Hungry and happy, our group agreed this was the best meal of the trip ๐ ๐ฆ Lobster Bites: Tender, juicy, generous portion ๐ ๐ฆ Calamari: Crispy and slightly firm โ I loved it! ๐ค Bobโs Pot (Cajun-style boil): Fresh shrimp, mussels, crab + buttery potatoes โ so good we devoured everything! ๐ Clam Chowder: Huge bowl, rich and comforting โค๏ธ ๐ฝ๏ธ Crabbyโs Dockside, Clearwater ๐ต $170 for 3 people ๐ Right next to Little Toot dolphin tour ๐ฌ Waited 40 mins around 8pm โ they have two locations (Cajun one is separate), but this was still solid! ๐ฆ Coconut Lobster Bites: Staff rec, but meh โ small chunks, not as meaty as Waltโs ๐ฆช 3-Ways Oysters: 3 styles, 4 each โ two were cheesy and tasty, one was just okay ๐ Fresh Oysters: Petite but fresh! ๐ฎ Creamy Crab Something: Taco + cheesy dip โ tasty first bite, but rich and whereโs the crab? ๐ ๐ฆ Calamari: Softer style, well-cooked ๐ค Grilled Shrimp + Mahi Mahi: Shrimp = good sauce, Mahi Mahi = fish version of chicken breast ๐๐ ๐ฅ Coleslaw (side): Refreshing! No weird mayo overload โ Zhejiang-approved ๐ Both places had super friendly service โ highly recommend if youโre around! ๐๏ธ๐ #TampaEats #SeafoodLover #SarasotaFood #RinglingMuseum #ClearwaterBeach #FoodDiary #TravelEats #FloridaFoodScene
