šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡ø The Site of President Lincoln’s Assassination

Just a week before the Trump incident, I visited Ford’s Theatre in DC, where Lincoln was assassinated. On the evening of the 14th, the assassin hid a small pistol in his shoe and sneaked into Lincoln’s theater box while his bodyguard was away. He shot Lincoln in the back of the head with a derringer Lincoln passed away the next day.šŸ˜‚ 🧩 Visitor Tips Ford’s Theatre is a super underrated spot in DC. Allow 1-2 hours for your visit.
