On this trip to LA, I’ve been ticking off Michelin spots left and right — most are clustered around Downtown, but I made my way to Spago in Beverly Hills, a former two-Michelin-star Californian cuisine icon. Though it’s no longer on the Michelin list (not sure why — maybe just rotated out?), its popularity hasn’t dipped one bit. As part of the legendary Wolfgang steakhouse group, this fine-dining gem lives up to the hype — their wood-fired 5A steak is absolutely exceptional. 🦪 The oysters are locally sourced and incredibly fresh. 🏛️ The decor and atmosphere exude that classic old-money elegance — perfect for a romantic date night.
