On this trip to LA, Iโ€™ve been ticking off Michelin spots left and right โ€” most are clustered around Downtown, but I made my way to Spago in Beverly Hills, a former two-Michelin-star Californian cuisine icon. Though itโ€™s no longer on the Michelin list (not sure why โ€” maybe just rotated out?), its popularity hasnโ€™t dipped one bit. As part of the legendary Wolfgang steakhouse group, this fine-dining gem lives up to the hype โ€” their wood-fired 5A steak is absolutely exceptional. ๐Ÿฆช The oysters are locally sourced and incredibly fresh. ๐Ÿ›๏ธ The decor and atmosphere exude that classic old-money elegance โ€” perfect for a romantic date night.
