Today I’m recommending a hidden gem café 🏆—whether you live in southern or northern Utah, it’s worth a visit if you truly love coffee! Their logo is well-known among Utah coffee enthusiasts. You can spot their food truck at farmers' markets and state fairs 🎡. Many breakfast spots and cafés use their beans, but their physical café remains relatively unknown—way too understated! Thanks to a recommendation, I finally got to check it out 🌱. The building itself stands like a stubborn holdout in a demolition zone—a lone rectangular structure surrounded by remnants. But step inside, and you feel that “humble space, rich soul” vibe 🧡. They roast their beans in-house, and you can taste the freshness—rich and layered in flavor. A variety of beans are displayed at the entrance. I ordered an Americano made with Bolivia beans, filled with bright, floral aromas 🌸.
