🇺🇸 Work from Utah 🥪 An Afternoon with Freshly Baked Country Bread
Last week I wrote about my love for 【Eva’s Bakery】, but Salt Lake City has more than just one bakery—time to explore others! Went to 【Tulie Bakery】 for pastries but got totally drawn in by their savory dishes~ 📍 863 E 700 S, Salt Lake City 📍 1510 S 1500 E, Salt Lake City 🥑 Avo’s rating: 👏 Loved it 👍 Liked it 👌 Okay 🥪 Local Garlic Onion Chevre Toast 👍 Garlic, onion, and goat cheese on rustic toast—a combo of all the “strong-flavored” ingredients. Avoid if you’re sensitive! 😜 But 🥑 loves this savory goodness! Topped with mini bell peppers and microgreens—balanced and creative. They also have more classic toasts, like avocado and soft-boiled eggs, great for indecisive eaters. ☕️ Iced Latte 👍 Went close to dinner, so I opted for decaf—still delicious! They also offer tea, soda drinks, and pairings with different breads and cakes. ❓ Desserts Maybe I went too late—the remaining desserts didn’t look very appealing, except for the cheesecake, which was okay. Felt like the sweetness relied heavily on frosting? 😂 Happy to be corrected~ 💬 Within walking distance is 【Dolcetti Gelato】, which I mentioned before—perfect for pairing! The shop isn’t huge, but the tables are spacious with great natural light—very comfortable for reading or working. The staff were super patient while I struggled to decide—really appreciated it! 🌍 Four years of working remotely—next stop, still Salt Lake City. #SaltLakeCityEats #UtahFood #SaltLakeCityBakeries #SaltLakeCityTravel #WorkFromAnywhere #BreadLovers #CoffeeBreak #LocalFlavors #FoodExplore #RemoteLife
