I’ve visited this restaurant several times already! There was a period when I was totally craving fluffy, sweet soufflé pancakes, and during my search, I stumbled upon this amazing place.🌟 The decor is pretty standard for an American breakfast spot—nothing too fancy. Even though it’s a bit far from Downtown LA, this place is always buzzing! So many locals love coming here to eat. One time I arrived at 9 a.m. and there was already a line—like, seriously? 😂 That’s pretty wild! Their signature soufflé takes about 40 minutes to prepare, which is a bit of a wait. For me, it’s a tad too sweet, but the moment the server brings it to your table, your mood instantly lifts! That’s the magic of desserts, right? 🍰 What I personally love are their pancakes and hot latte—though I’d recommend asking for the sauce on the side, otherwise it can get overly sweet. 🙀 Also, their House Benedict is pretty tasty too!
