I was absolutely blown away, and even a month after returning to the UK, I still can’t stop thinking about it. đŸ„čđŸ«¶đŸ» ✹Buttermilk Pancakes✹ Granola + Blueberry Compote + Maple Syrup + CrĂšme FraĂźche Made with buttermilk, these pancakes are fluffier and softer than your average pancake, with a hint of creamy tanginess. Each layer of the pancake is thick and bouncy, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The genius combination of the pancakes with cool, tangy crĂšme fraĂźche and blueberries is simply divine! Sweet but not cloying at all. đŸ„§ I also tried the egg sandwich, which was delicious, though it didn’t quite outshine the pancakes! Friends in Berlin, you’re missing out—go try it!
