It's made with just beef, salt, black pepper, and butter—nothing extra, so it retains its authentic flavor. I ordered it medium-rare (though I kind of regretted it later; I should have gone for rare. I was a bit confused at the time). The pink part of the meat is really soft. The butter gives it a flavor similar to the lamb fat in kebabs, which is incredibly aromatic. Price: 7 euros per 100g. The price in the city center is generally around 6.5 to 8 euros per 100g. The steak is sold starting from 1 to 1.2kg. This place starts at 1.2kg. The steak plus the service charge came to a total of around 90 euros.🥩🥩🥩 Some users on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) mentioned that if you chat it up with the waiters, they might give you a complimentary glass of wine. I didn't chat, so I didn't get any wine. About 80% of the tables ordered the T-bone steak. There is no outdoor seating area. Disclaimer: I'm not a beef connoisseur, and this was my only steak experience in Florence.
