2-Day Savannah Guide

Food 🍽️ The Collins Quater 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A popular Instagram-worthy brunch spot that lives up to the hype! Tried the seasonal Pistachio Affogato and an incredibly delicious chia seed sago pudding. We even wanted to revisit the next day but were told the brunch menu isn’t available after 3 PM—bummer! 🍽️ Common Restaurant 🌟🌟🌟 Reservations are a must here—we only managed to book a lunch slot for their brunch menu. Highly recommend the grilled oysters! 🦀 The Juicy Seafood 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Affordable and tasty Cajun seafood! The oysters were just okay, but the snow crab and shrimp left us fully satisfied. We’re officially obsessed with Cajun flavors now. 🍽️ The Olde Pink House Reservations are recommended, but there’s a hack for last-minute plans: walk in and grab a seat at the bar area for dining. 🍦 Leopolds Ice Cream A must-visit spot—don’t miss it! Citywalk & Shopping Who knew our first stop in Savannah would be buying new clothes? We picked up a “travel outfit” at Red Clover Boutique—cute styles, even if it was made in China! Start from Red Clover Boutique and head to: Chippewa Square: The iconic filming location from Forrest Gump. Cathedral Basilica: unfortunately it was under renovation during our visit. The Stachel: A local Savannah leather brand we spotted via airport billboards—beautiful, handcrafted leather goods. The Book Lady Bookstore: Check out the vintage section upstairs for unique patchwork denim skirts. End at the downtown fountain park. Savannah is small—mark spots on Google Maps and wander freely (even backtracking is fine!). P.S. The SCAD restrooms are stunning! Activities 🐬 Dolphin Watching with Captain Derek‘s Dolphin Adventure Book directly via Google Maps—we almost missed out, but called to snag an extra spot when only one was left. $40 per person, and the dolphins are close to shore. Plus, the sunset view was chef’s kiss—totally worth it. 🌅 Sunrise at Tybee Island Savannah itself doesn’t have sunrise views, but the morning coastal glow at Tybee Island is gorgeous. Tips We didn’t plan to rent a car for city walks, but ended up walking into an Enterprise to rent one for Tybee Island (sunrise + sunset views were worth it!). Parking Deck fees are steep—$50 overnight. 🏨 Stay: Marriott AC Hotel Relatively new, a bit outside the core, but super comfortable. #Regina #travel
