Jonquils Cafe and Bakery 💠 Pretty sure I’m the last person in Boston to try this viral dessert spot 🥲. Took advantage of the slightly warmer weather and finally visited this iconic bakery on Newbury Street! Founded by a former Ukrainian architect, this place is known for its gorgeous 3D-designed sweets. Since we arrived after 4 PM, a lot of items were already sold out — so we got one of each remaining flavor 🥺. 🍁 Autumn Leaf – Tasted like a maple cheesecake with a hidden filling inside. Definitely my favorite of the three! 🍫 Chocolate – Super rich cocoa flavor, not too sweet. Inside there’s crunchy chocolate chunks and brownie-like cake — a perfect mix of textures! ☕️ Chai – This one’s personal… not a fan of the strong cinnamon / Thai spice notes. We also tried a rose latte 🌹 which was just okay. The cakes are truly artistic and Instagram-worthy 💖 Perfect place to chill, chat, and take pretty photos.
