Over Thanksgiving, we drove southwest from New York to Baltimore, Maryland, for a two-day, one-night getaway 🚗🍂. What should’ve been a 3-hour drive turned into nearly 6 hours due to holiday traffic – but it was worth it! 😅 We arrived at dusk, checked into our hotel, and headed to Rusty Scupper, a seafood restaurant near the Inner Harbor. When in Baltimore, you HAVE to try the crab cakes – a local specialty! 🦀 The server proudly told us their crab cakes are 98% pure crab meat – so of course, we ordered them! The crab cakes were delicious – tender, flavorful, and barely any filler. The rest of the dishes were decent but not extraordinary. Still, the waterfront view and cozy atmosphere made the whole experience memorable 🌉🍷.
