The chicken liver pâté is a must-try! Even I, who usually don't like offal, loved it. There's no liver taste at all! 🌟 Trippa alla Fiorentina (Florentine-Style Tripe) A tomato-based stewed tripe that is soft and tender. If you love tomatoes, this dish is perfect for you, especially when paired with bread. 🌟 Lampredotto al Piatto (Plated Tripe) Essentially a platter version of the tripe sandwich—it's incredibly aromatic! The portion is larger than the sandwich and can be enjoyed with the complimentary bread. Don't forget to do a Scarpetta (using bread to mop up the juices from the plate) for an authentic Italian experience! 🌟 For two girls, ordering one appetizer plus a second course each, or one main course plus a second course, is enough to feel full.
