A Beautiful and Unique Fusion Cuisine Restaurant

This fusion cuisine restaurant is located in Lower Greenville. I made a reservation for 5 p.m. on a weekday afternoon, which happened to be during their Happy Hour. I highly recommend this time for hanging out with friends, having some drinks, and chatting. The cocktails are $6 to $7 cheaper than the regular prices, which is quite a good deal, and they still taste great. The Fall Sangria, Somebloody to Love, and Classic Paloma are all very refreshing! After talking about drinks, let's move on to the food: 1⃣️ Pork Belly Taco 🌮: This is on the Happy Hour Menu. The price mentioned is for a single taco. It tastes pretty good, and the sour onions inside are especially appetizing. 2⃣️ Vaca Frita Taco: In comparison, this one is a bit bland and greasy. I wouldn't recommend it. 3⃣️ Icelandie Hot Dog: It has a very unique flavor. The bread at the bottom is sweet, paired with the sausage on top, fried onions, and sweet mustard. It gives you a feeling of eating both a main course and a dessert at the same time. 4⃣️ Octopus & Monkfish Coconut Curry: I really love the subtle coconut milk aroma combined with the mild red curry flavor. The dish includes chunks of octopus 🐙 and monkfish 🐟. There's also something like pot rice in it, which seems to be a substitute for regular rice. Personally, I think rice 🍙 can't be replaced, and I feel like the sauce at the bottom would go really well with rice. 🍴5⃣️ So-Fish-Ticated: This is the most unique dish of the whole place. It looks like a whole fish, but it's actually quite different inside. Half of the fish is a mixture of fish meat, pork belly, tomatoes, and celery. At first, it feels a bit strange to eat a fish that's sweet and sour with a meaty aroma. But as you keep eating, it starts to taste pretty good. The fish meat is very fresh (the fish below is intact) and boneless! If you like to try something unusual, you should give it a shot.
