A Beautiful Rooftop Restaurant in Downtown LA with Stunning Views 🌃✨

📍 Name: Perch Taking advantage of DineLA, I visited this famous French restaurant in downtown Los Angeles. Located on the 15th and 16th floors, the 15th floor is for dining, while the upper level is a rooftop bar. They excelled in everything from appetizers and cocktails to the main courses. 🧀 Appetizer: Fromage + Charcuterie Salami, cheese, and bread—all delicious. I personally loved the bread; it was sweet and soft. 🍸 Cocktail: My Fair Lady A light, easy-to-drink cocktail with a sweet and tangy flavor—barely any alcohol taste. 🍴 Starters: Baked Brie and Pork Belly The baked brie was puff pastry wrapped around melted brie cheese, served with a refreshing salad to balance the richness. The pork belly, however, was less successful—though aromatic, it was too sweet and a bit tough. 🍽️ Main Courses: Boeuf Bordelaise (Braised Short Rib) and Seabass The short rib, like the pork belly, was overly sweet and a bit stringy—not my favorite. The sea bass was a standout! Firm, flavorful, and served with a creamy risotto cooked perfectly al dente—so satisfying. I highly recommend this restaurant for a date night or gathering with friends—great food, drinks, and amazing city views! 🌆💖 The 16th-floor outdoor bar is best visited on weeknights; weekends get extremely crowded. Also, valet parking is now $15. Have you been to Perch or another rooftop spot in LA? What’s your favorite place for city views, good food, and vibes?
